Scott and Courtney are the best. The refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. I had previously plumbed in the natural gas line, and everything hooked up perfectly. I had to buy a gas hose and one adapter, and that’s it. And this thing gets colder than my electric refrigerator. I had to back off the thermostat. I wrote Scott and Courtney a few times with some questions and they were Johnny on the Spot with the answers. Very happy.
