I recently replaced my older failed Diamond 13 with a new EZFreeze 16. I thought of no other seller because of my previous experience with the outstanding support from Dynamx/Warehouse Appliance, who had helped me through a warranty cooling unit replacement (DIY) on the Diamond, saving me a bundle in freight costs. They now recommend EZFreeze for its reliablilty., parts availablility and because EZFreeze builds their own, high quality cooling unit. I did have a glitch with my new EZfreeze 16- on hot day cooling power, which made me quite anxious but thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable support, I was able to trace it and fix it myself; the internal regulator valve had jammed and was restricting pressure. Now it is working beautifully, and what impresses me most is the refrigerator temperature regulation. It holds within a couple degrees of the set temperature regardless of the daily kitchen temperature swing (about 35F here in the high desert). That is astounding for an all mechanical gas thermostat.
