Freight Damage Policy
It is the customers responsibility to inspect freight for any damages prior to signing the delivery receipt. We suggest that you remove the shipping carton to verify the condition of the article before you sign the delivery receipt!. It left our warehouse in perfect condition and by signing the delivery receipt, you have accepted the article to be perfect condition. Note any damage on the delivery receipt when signing for the freight. Signing the delivery receipt and notating damage ensures that we will be able to easily file a claim. We can then assist you with filing a freight damage claim and you will be compensated by the carrier, Dynamx is in no way responsible for the freight claim. If the damage is too severe, refuse the freight, notify us and we will send a replacement piece. Note that it is almost impossible to collect for any freight damage after you have signed the delivery receipt accepting the article in perfect condition! We have placed a similar notice on your shipment to remind you to inspect for freight damage. If you will have someone else accept the freight for you, you are responsible for advising them of how to accept the freight.
Remember, be sure before you sign!!!
Merchandise Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be in original carton in new unused condition. All return freight and costs pertaining to return of merchandise must be prepaid and is sole responsibility of the customer. All items must have Return Merchandise Authorization prior to return.

All EZ Freeze Refrigerators have a free extended 24 month warranty on the cooling unit when purchased through Dynamx Inc. Warranty covers any manufacturer defect. Free replacement cooling unit. Shipping and labor not included. "We don't try to up-sell you a warranty, we give it to you FREE!" How can we do this? Dynamx is a full service dealer. We not only service what we sell, but also repair other brands as well.

Please have Sales Invoice, model and serial number in hand before calling. We will also work with your local repair serviceman in order to satisfy your situation. We realize our customers are usually "off the beaten path", so we extend our service "beyond the standard" for our customers.
